1. Information we collect
When you ask a question, we process your question, relevant recent conversation context, and the response. If you create an account, we collect your email address and save conversations you choose to keep with your account. Guest conversations generally remain on your device.
If you report a response or contact support, we collect the information you choose to submit. Questions may contain sensitive information, including religious beliefs, so please avoid including personal details that are not needed.
2. How we use information
We use information to answer questions, provide and secure accounts, save and sync conversations, respond to support requests, investigate reported responses, and maintain the safety and reliability of ImamGPT.
3. When we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us operate ImamGPT, such as providers of AI responses, account services, hosting, security, app updates, and customer support. They may process information only to provide services to us and under applicable privacy and confidentiality obligations.
We may also disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
4. Storage, retention, and your choices
Guest conversations remain on your device until you delete them or clear the app or browser data. Account information and saved conversations remain until you delete them or delete your account. Reports and support requests are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for support, safety, and legal purposes.
You can use ImamGPT without an account, delete individual conversations, clear guest data from your device, or delete your account and saved data from the mobile app. You may also request access, correction, or deletion through Support.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as ImamGPT changes. The effective date above will show the latest revision.
For privacy questions or requests, use the Support form or email questions@imamgpt.com.
